To ALL ESPA BRUS,
The interim group of Hampaslupa met today (lunch compliments of Raymond) re: golf tournament in October 2009 as an initial project of the ESPA Foundation.. Here are the updates.
1. Didi Gonzales will write the letters and the contracts for the hole sponsors. Completion date is June 3, 2009.
2. Raymond Samson will be the person responsible for ensuring that we have at least 18 sponsors (1 per hole). The minimum hole sponsorship is P12,000.00. Raymond promised to complete his job by August 2009.
3.The tournament date is set on October 8, 2009 and the venue is Canlubang Golf and Country Club at Canlubang. Marce Lantican is the person in charge of finalization of all arrangements with the club.
4.Printing of tournament tickets, trophies, raffle prizes, give aways will be handled by Jojo Lazaro. The tickets will be printed as soon as Marce Lantican finalized the arrangements with Canlubang Golf and Country Club.
5.Ticket sales will be headed by Marce Lazaro. All tickets must be sold and considered paid by September 2009.
6. Agot Lansigan was unanimously appointed to be in charge of soliciting support from Espa Brus outside of the Philippines. We will not accept anything below USD 200.00 (joke only)
7.The incumbent Espraken and Ino lansigan are likewise appointed as persons in charge of the souvenir program which we intend to release on or before December 2009.
I need to know kung nasaan ang SEC papers ng ESPA Foundation. Can someone tell me.
Mga Brus, the interim members of the Hampaslupa are in their early 40's kaya we will appreciate all the helping hands from everybody. The tournament is to support the scholarship program project of the ESPA Foundation.
