Gusto ko lang magpasalamat sa lahat ng mga Brus who supported my term as
espraken..
Sensya kung hindi ako nakakapag update these past few months.. Medyo nag focus
ako sa
panliligaw at akads..
These last few weeks of the semester we will be focused on recruitment and
bonding ng
mga residents.. (21 members and growing) Kelangan na namin mag INDUCTION!!
5 residents ang kasama sa list of graduating students.. Hopefully makapag plan
ng dinner
for the graduating brus c/o mga alumni.. hehe..
Election of new set of officers will be on March 11, 2008..
We will also be planning our activities for next school year, kung may
suggestions kayo or
activities na pwede kami sumingit text me (09167826349)..
Malapit na mag 40 years ang UPLB espaleklek!! Sana excited din kayo!!
Pinag aaralan na din namin kung panu mag raise ng funds namin so that by our
40th
anniv masasabi namin that we really know how to work as an org and how to
generate and
spend money. most of the resident members plan to one day become businessmen and
hopefully the UPLB espaleklek will act as training ground. We are also looking
for recruits
who plan to one day become Future Political Leaders or Future Faculty Members of
UPLB..
hehe.. Just planning ahead, para lalo dumami mga brus and kami naman ang papalit
sa
mga posisyon nyo!
Maybe we could plan a simple get together ng mga brus pag summer where the
residents
will be taught the importance of recruitment, the espa way of living, how to
enjoy college,
how to generate income, how to bring out the best in you, how to work as a team,
etc.. sa
umaga mga lectures and teambuilding activities led by alumni. Gets nyo ba yung
picture? I
know it sounds awkward especially since hindi natin kasanayan, pero what can i
say we're
growing and we really need to set the grounds of who we really are sa campus,
community, and country.. it could be a 2days 2nyts event tapos esq yung last
night.. ayos
lang ba yun!? we really need help and simple activities like these could mean a
lot in
making us more productive..
We actually consider yung alumni as a group of guys who are willing to share and
contribute what they have learned about life and to mold us into real men..
Siyempre with
the UPLB espaleklek objectives..
Well enough of my dreams..

We will also be sending out solicitation letters para sa mga
activities namin next
year and for reprinting of the different shirts from this year and the past
terms! so if
possible please send your company's address and who the letter should be
addressed to.
you can send the addresses to me tapos ako nalang mag aayos para sa future.
Maybe sa summer we could actually visit some of the brus who are
willing to
entertain us over lunch or dinner.. hehe.. for a change kami naman ang bibisita
sa inyo,
lalo yung mga super busy. It would be an honor s'min to meet and greet you
personally.
Para sa mga brus abroad na gusto magpadala ng financial support hindi ko pa alam
kung
panu ang gagawin namin.
BTW, may mga nakakausap din akong mga ibang alumni and we're also trying to come
up
with a way to make espaleklek merchandise accessible to all brus no matter where
you are.
Medyo nakakainggit na yung mga nakaka attend lang ng mga activities ang
nabibigyan ng
shirts. Alam namin na one day kami naman ang nasa posisyon nyo at mamomroblema
kung panu magkaka shirt.. so kung may mga suggestions kayo feel free to e-mail
me..
